new things
OK so Doug fixed dinner last night, cauliflower tartar, with raw olives, cornichons and fresh organic olive oil from the Italian Cantina, Yum! It was nice to eat something here in our home that I didn't have to prepare. We continued on our path of eating some cooked food, Doug couldn't get a new restaurant out of his mind, it was advertised on the TV this morning. It is a fresh, vegan place with a Vietnamese flair. Had spring rolls, Pho, and curry dishes. Ate too much or should I say more than we are used to. It was yummy and we both agreed that it was time to get back to the plan, so we stopped at Whole Foods on the way home and purchased more supplies for some awesome raw dishes that we will have this week. It was fun while it lasted (actually it seemed to be just what Doug needed, I enjoyed it but it gave me anxiety to eat it as I have have such a good result from the raw food diet, I am actually glad to not be even thinking about cooked food.) I am looking forward to another juice fast when Isis is here in January, it will be hard but very beneficial. Got to talk to the little guy tonight, loved it! Now time for good dreams.
