a plan

Here's the plan: I am going to put on my sneakers, get out Doug's ipod and start a new audio book while I take a certain large dog for a walk to the park. I am hoping that this little but of physical exertion leads to a big enough increase in energy to propel me through an hour or two of concentrated kitchen time, chopping, mixing and tasting goodies for the good of our bodies. Or it will put me over the edge and I will start my nap early today- kind of a win win as I see it.I will get back to you and me about the outcome of my ingenious plan of fooling my ailing body into action.
